INVISIBLE SCARLET O'NEIL was a comic strip about a girl who could turn invisible. Harvey Comics reprinted some of the stories in comic book form. This is the second issue.
Notice that they named the blonde "Betty" again, same as Betty Ross ( CAPTAIN AMERICA and later THE INCREDIBLE HULK ) and Betty Dean ( THE SUB-MARINER ). They killed the blonde in this story too, just like in CAPTAIN AMERICA, although she was no longer called Betty at that point.
I thought this "Coby" story looked like it was drawn by Owen Fitzgerald. Published by D.C. comics in 1954, around the time he did WINNIE THE WAC, who was similar in appearance.
This story from TALES OF SUSPENSE #32 has the names of Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers on it, but not that of Stan Lee, who liked to take credit for everything. Maybe this time they just forgot to put his name on it.
This story was originally published in 1962, and I didn't often read the issues from that far back.
