Annie Oakley
Annie Oakley was based on a tv show with Gail Davis, but the Marvel comics version had a girl that looked much the same as their other blonde girl characters. This particular story has art by the team of Ross Andru and Mike Esposito, and was originally published in 1955.

Merry Christmas
From Phyllis Coates!
This one is autographed. As for the barbed wire, I imagine it was something that wouldn't really hurt.
