Actually I remember the milk business from one of the later stories, but this might have been the first time they used it in The Phantom.

Black Angel

The Black Angel looked about the same as Black Venus. I suppose she must have been first, but they're still just about the same character. The Black Angel has a recurring opponent in Baroness Blood, who turns up again in this adventure, which was originally published in AIR FIGHTERS #9 in 1943. Art is credited to John Cassone.
