Li'l Jinx - A DREAM OF AN IDEA

A

Li'l Jinx was littler than that when I was little. They must have changed the character later on. In this particular story, Li'l Jinx meets the artist who drew the story in the story, but supposedly outside of it. Art by Joe Edwards. Originally published in 1951.

WILBUR, seen on the floor in the first panel, was another comic book from same publisher.

Invasion Of The Star Creatures And Superman

"Invasion Of the Star Creatures" has a scene where one of the Earthmen has a fantasy about being a kind of superman called "Space Commander Conners", but his actions in stopping a car were taken from the first Superman serial, rather than the television version.
