Saved By The Red Tornado

Sheldon Mayer drew a comic book character called "Scribbly" that was more or less a fictional version of himself. In this story the real and the unreal versions come face to face, resulting in a conflict between the cartoonist and his characters, the problem finally being resolved by the intervention of the imaginary characters.
