During the Cold War there were many anti-communist stories in the comics, including those published by Timely/Marvel/Atlas, including the 1950's version of CAPTAIN AMERICA. We find another such story early in MEN'S ADVENTURE #21.
"S.L" is for Stan Lee.
Stan Lee's name isn't on this one. He liked to take credit for everything, but I don't always see his name on stories from this period.
