Occasionally I see older ( "Atlas" ) Marvel comics which don't credit Stan Lee, although he was there at the time and was given credit for everything later on. Here's a whole issue where Stan Lee isn't mentioned, although some of the artists were credited. Originally published in May 1953.

Jim Mooney is credited in the first panel, but Stan Lee's name is nowhere to be seen.
Artist George Tuska is credited in the first panel, but no one else.
Artist Tony Deprita credited first panel.
