The comic book version of Jerry Lewis ran for years. This issue is from 1958, and features art by Bob Oskner, one of the all-time greats at drawing pretty girls. He's also good at drawing Jerry Lewis and assorted sea creatures. His "Captain Bilge" reminds me of Gale Gordon.
