I read some comic books from this period when I was little. Superman seemed to be a lot more impressive back then. Later on he was made less powerful and he didn't seem as impressive. They didn't seem to have as many spaceships, either. Then they got rid of Supergirl. For some reason, Luthor ceased to be a mad scientist and became a billionaire instead. It all seemed strange to me, and I stopped reading the comics. Except the old ones. I still read them.
This particular story has a spaceship, Supergirl, and a bald bad guy who isn't Luthor, but looks like him. Art by Wayne Boring.
