The story I put on the blog yesterday was from the first issue of PANHANDLE PETE AND JENNIFER. Here is the cover of the first issue.
Panhandle appears on the cover, but not Jennifer. The implication is that he is bringing her flowers, but the donkey is eating them before he can get them to her.
Text page describes how the comic book was based on the television program and tells who made it.

The back cover shows some characters from other stories that were in this issue. They presumably are all characters from the television version.
