Captain America and Golden Girl in another story that has a sort of a weird angle. The weird comics were supposed to be big sellers and they'd try turning Captain America's comic into CAPTAIN AMERICA'S WEIRD TALES soon.
The "Editorial Consultant" was supposed to make the comic book appear more presentable in the aftermath of criticism by Dr. Fredrick Wertham and others in this period. The same heading appeared in other Marvel comics during this period.
