The Black Widow is called "Spider Lady" in one panel of DAREDEVIL AND THE BLACK WIDOW # 99.

That could be coincidental, but I thought the character might have been at least partly inspired by the serial THE BLACK WIDOW, which starred Carol Forman, who also played "The Spider Lady" in the serial SUPERMAN.
