The American Comics Group specialized in ghost stories. This one is sorta like the Spectre, with a man who first becomes a ghost, and then a superhero as well. And a football player on top of all that. Story is by Richard Hughes under one of his numerous pseudonyms, with art by Sal Trapani and Steve Ditko.
