This Heckle and Jeckle story features Pinhead Slobodka as the bad guy. Pinhead Slobodka was a villainous cat who was a recurring character in Terrytoons. He appeared in two Mighty Mouse cartoons- "The Racket Buster" (1949) and "Law and Order" (1950), and one of their other cartoons - POLICE DOGGED ( 1956 ).
