I thought this story seemed familiar, so I checked, and found that I'd already had this one on the blog at http://bennypdrinnon.blogspot.com/2015/01/rorrg-king-of-spider-men-journey-into.html with comments that it predated the Spider-Man comic book and had similarties to the movie EARTH VS. THE SPIDER. A lot of this stuff tends to be similar.
