PHANTOM LADY #21
The next issue of PHANTOM LADY. I like the art in PHANTOM LADY, but different artists worked on it, and I don't know how much of these comics were done by Matt Baker. But Matt Baker is the one that is credited with designing the version of the character that they used in this period. The original Quality version had a different look, and the later DC comics version seems to be based on the Quality version.
