I'd been putting in CONNIE comics as the were added to "The Stripper's Guide", then this blog quit working, but I was able to copy and paste the latest strip even though it wouldn't load like it was supposed to. ( It has since started working again. )

CONNIE was an early science fiction strip, comparable to BUCK ROGERS, only the main character was a pretty girl.

Here we see an early use of the term "United Nations".
