HOW SUPERMAN WOULD HAVE ENDED WORLD WAR II was originally published in LOOK Magazine Feb. 27, 1940. During the early part of the war, Germany and Russia invaded Poland from two sides while opposing armies in the "Siegfried Line" on the German border and the "Maginot Line" on the French border manned their positions and waited further developments. Because Hitler and Stalin were allies and worked together in the conquest of Poland, Superman is shown bringing the two dictators to justice in order to bring the war to a conclusion.
Superman's costume isn't colored right in this story. It was red and blue from the first.
