A killer shrew by Walt Kelly, from the very first PETER WHEAT story he did. The little boy is supposed to be the hero, who seems to be very small. The girl is supposed to be a drangonfly. I don't see many pretty girl characters drawn by Walt Kelly ( the main one was a skunk in POGO ), so to me this character seems unusual. As does Walt Kelly, for that matter.
I added the "EEP!" myself. It seemed to need it.
