MITZI OF THE MOVIES was a fictional comic strip in a comic book published by Fiction House that was devoted to comic book versions of popular films of the period. This particular story is from MOVIE COMICS #3. Art is credited to Matt Baker.
Mitzi Mayfair would sometimes carry a man as part of her act. Any resemblance here could be coincidental, but this Mitzi reminds me of her when she hauls that guy out of the drink.
