"Tales of the Bizarro World" - a series of stories about imperfect doubles of Superman and his friends- ran in ADVENTURE COMICS in 1961-1962. The series was eventually replaced by "The Legion Of Super-Heroes", which was replaced in turn by SUPERGIRL.
This story was originally published in #291, although the scan is taken from a reprint in SUPERMAN #202. The story was written by Jerry Siegel ( one of Superman's creators ) with art by John Forte.
