"Terror Prison" - The Whizzer

The Whizzer is sorta like a different version of the Flash, from Marvel comics. This particular story has art by Mike Sekowsky and George Klein. Stan Lee has his name on this one too, only this time it's "Nell Nats", so it's sorta backwards.
