Milt Gross was a famous cartoonist, and COUNT SCREWLOOSE was a famous newspaper comic strip. But after his retirement, he did some more work for the American Comics Group. It was he who began the Moronica series in THE KILLROYS. He did some Count Screwloose stories for the same title in the same period.
