"Moon-Man!" was originally published in 1955 by Marvel ( then Atlas ) comics. Art was by Bernie Krigstein, and his signature is on the splash page. But the signature of Stan Lee, so visible on their comics a few years later, is nowhere to be seen. Something we've noticed before in Marvel comics from this period.
