Jerry Lewis' Bat Lady

A "Bat Lady" appeared in the 1955 movie ARTISTS AND MODELS with Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, played by Shirley MacLaine.
This "Bat Lady" was actually Shirley McClain.
Which is a little more obvious in this ad, where she doesn't have the mask on, than in the other pictures of her in the costume.

This "Bat Lady" predated Batwoman's first appearance in DETECTIVE COMICS #233 in July 1956.
