Moronica - COOKIE #48

Moronica's adventures began in THE KILROYS, but I seem to have come to the end of her adventures in that title. Here is a story that appeared in COOOKIE #48.

The Shadow's Nose! The Other Guy's, Too!

I thought the Shadow should have a crack at that other guy with the big nose, the one I'm always supposed to be fighting with in fiction.

Actually that's an idea that I never did anything much with, at least until now. All I had to do was make the bad guy's nose bigger and he was practically perfect, even if not as well done as the original.

Dirty Mouse The Rat

"Dirty Mouse The Rat" is another character in a 3-D story in the first issue of WHACK.

"Dirty Mouse The Rat" is a name I've used before in comics myself. I don't think I've ever read this story before, but I might have come across a reference to it in the past. I don't remember at this late date.

2-D Story From 3-D WHACK!

Here is another story from the 3-D issue of WHACK!, originally in 3-D, but this is the 2-D version. "3-D-T'S was penciled by Joe Kubert, with inks by Norman Maurer. Kubert and Maurer appear as characters in the story, along with and their boss, Archer St. John, as “St. Peter.”

3-D WHACK!

Here is another 3-D comic book, which is also another comic book from St. John. This story requires 3-D glasses to get the three-dimensional effect. Below it is a 2-D version of the same story so you won't need the glasses. My advice is to read the flat version and not worry about the glasses. The three dimensional effect wasn't all that good and the fad didn't last, resulting in later issues of WHACK being ordinary 2-dimensional comics.
