"The Planet That Admired Earth" - UNKNOWN WORLDS #28
I didn't see the comics published by the American Comics Group so much, but many of them are now available online. UNKNOWN WORLDS was an anthology title with science fiction and fantasy stories, like ADVENTURES INTO THE UNKNOWN and FORBIDDEN WORLDS. This particular story was written by editor Richard Hughes under one of his many pen names, with art by Pete Constanza.

Stenchy - Red Circle 1944
Stenchy is a skunk. He stinks. Hitler stinks worse. That pretty much sums it all up.

MEET CORLISS ARCHER
When I did a search for "Moronica" at "Comic Book Plus", I found another Moronica story, but this Moronica is a dog. The main character in this comic is "Corliss Archer". Comic Book Plus informs us that "Corliss Archer's appearance on the cover and interior stories is based on Janet Waldo, the actress who played the character on the "Meet Corliss Archer" radio series."*
Script and art are by Al Feldstein.
*Janet Waldo also did voice work for animated cartoons and is best known for being the voice of such characters as "Josie", "Penelope Pittstop" and "Judy Jetson".
