This story was originally published in ADVENTURES INTO THE UNKNOWN #40 and involves both a wicked old witch and a good little girl witch who both happen to get involved with a little boy. Good ultimately wins, as it generally does in the old comic books.
The art is by Art Gates, but the wicked old witch was a more or less standard character in this series, and is very similar to the wicked old witches they had in other issues.
