Nutcracker U. was a self-syndicated strip by John Pierotti which ran about a year, from October 2,1950 to October 27, 1951. The obscurity in which this strip finds itself today is related to the fact that it was self-syndicated. It's difficult to make any money that way, even when you have a good product.
