Miss Masque was one of the new female characters to appear in comics following the second World War. This particular story is from AMERICA'S BEST COMICS #25 ( 1948 ). Cover by Alex Schomburg, interior pages are believed to be by Bob Oskner. I think that the blonde in this story looks like Cairo Jones, another character that Osker drew during this period.
