Lady Danger - "The shakespear Clue!"

Lady Danger is a go-getting girl reporter who can be seen as similar to Lois Lane, who was created by Robert Kanigher and Bob Oskner.

"The Crash Kid" - CANNONBALL #2

Olsen claims to be a reporter instead of an office boy, he claims to be the one that wears glasses,  he even claims to be a superhero. He also claims the blonde had only a minor part in this adventure. But they still got Bob Oskner to draw her.

The idea is that the crooks had movies in black and white ( most movies were in black and white in 1946 ), but if you check the previous page, the movie they're watching is shown as being in color. Unless Olsen was telling a lie about that, too.

Miss Masque - AMERICA'S BEST COMICS #25

Miss Masque was one of the new female characters to appear in comics following the second World War.  This particular story is from AMERICA'S BEST COMICS #25 ( 1948 ). Cover by Alex Schomburg, interior pages are believed to be by Bob Oskner. I think that the blonde in this story looks like Cairo Jones, another character that Osker drew during this period. You can see a Cairo Jones story at http://bennypdrinnon.blogspot.com/2014/03/miss-cairo-jones.html .

Wonderman By Bob Oskner

This is not your father's Wonderman. Or Eisner's, either.

This Wonderman is not supposed to be the same character as the "Wonder Man" of Victor Fox, the one that DC comics sued over. They just used the name again with a slight change.

Actually this story looks almost like another Captain Kirk and Devil story, except that Wonderman doesn't actually use a spaceship, and fights with the devil instead of saying he's his friend. A lot of this stuff tends to be similar.

"Lilith" is another character from mythology, sometimes said to be associated with the Devil. The two are frequently associated in fantasy stories, usually working together against the forces of good.
