TORCHY

We've had TORCHY here before, but not this one. I think. Sometimes it's hard to keep track. Anyway, this episode has Torchy teaching science, and one of the other characters in the story looks an awful lot like "Dr. Sivana" from CAPTAIN MARVEL. You see mad scientists that look like Sivana every now and then in old comic books.

This one's a reprint, I think it must have been in color originally.
