SUZIE In "Stupor-Stition"

Suzie was a blonde from the Archie comics group. She's sorta like Betty, but she has a Veronica Lake hairdo. We've had some of her stories here before. Art by Samm Schwartz. Originally published in 1953.

Bunny Yeager

Bunny Yeager took many pictures of Betty Page and other models, but was one of the glamour girls herself.

Presumably Bettie is going to drop her handkerchief so we can pick it up for her.

Blonde Phantom Meets The Spoiler - SUN GIRL #3

Blonde Phantom appeared in a number of Timely titles and briefly had her own comic book. This particular story is from SUN GIRL #3. The villain who is trying to spoil things for her is about the same character as the Devil and looks like him, too.

Fighting Yank - STARTLING COMICS #45.

Fighting Yank is sorta like a different version of Captain America, but I tended to like his stories better, because his girlfriend was usually more involved in them. He also had the help of the ghost of an ancestor, who seems to have been the original Fighting Yank. And in this particular story there is also an old Indian with a magic charm.

The "helicopter" in this story appears to be an autogiro, because it has a propeller on the front and a wing. Helicopters were kind of new at the time and it's not surprising if there were still some confusion about them.

GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE #2

The second and last issue of the GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE comic book from Gold Key.

I remember watching these cartoons on television and the comics follow them fairly closely.
