A Mark Felton production talks about the atomic attack on Hiroshima, claiming that the story that America did it is a myth and labeling it as a "British Atomic Attack". British planes are even shown making the attack in this documentary.
A myth is something which is known to be untrue, not a story that you have simply decided not to believe. It doesn't help much to put in the word "wholly", this is like arguing that the British effort in the Battle Britain was not wholly British because the US was helping them. The title "The British Atomic Attack" is a misrepresentation because the attack was not British: faking scenes of British planes making said attack is also a misrepresentation, since that never happened. Finally, it is a matter of record that a number of the scientists involved in atomic bomb project came from Europe originally, but that doesn't make the effort a European project, it was an American project. And in America everyone is supposed to work together without worrying about things like ancestry or nation of origin. Which is what they did in this case.
