Black Angel

The Black Angel looked about the same as Black Venus. I suppose she must have been first, but they're still just about the same character. The Black Angel has a recurring opponent in Baroness Blood, who turns up again in this adventure, which was originally published in AIR FIGHTERS #9 in 1943. Art is credited to John Cassone.

The Black Angel

The Black Angel was a girl flyer in AIR FIGHTERS comics during the second World War. She was also one of the nakedest-looking girls in comics at the time.

She also just happens to be named "Syliva", which sort of fits in with my last entry on this blog.
