ADVENTURES INTO THE UNKNOWN was the first continuously published horror comic book. They went through a period where they had "3-D" stories which relied on exaggerated perspective and color effects to make the comics appear three-dimensional, a process they termed "Truevision", presumably because you didn't need to wear 3-D glasses. This particular story is from ADVENTURES INTO THE UNKNOWN #52.
