"Moronica" was like "My Friend Irma". And here are some of Moronica's friends, or at least other characters from the same comic book, DIZZY DAMES. And some of them could even be Moronica under a different name. Or My Friend Irma.
This story appears to be the work of the same artist who drew Moronica, and has about the same blonde in it. The brunette is similar to the "Jane" who is with Irma.
Dizzy Dames or no Dizzy Dames, it's supposed to be all in fun.
