STARLET O'HARA was originally published in December 1948 by Better/Standard/Nedor/Pines.
The adventures of Starlet O'Hara and Moronica start in this issue. As a matter of fact, this seems to be where the blonde Moronica begins, at a different company and with a different artist. But this version of Moronica would go to THE KILROYS after STARLET O'HARA was no longer being published. Art by Owen Fitzgerald.
Note that Moronica is referred to as "Miss Nitwit of 1948". The Milt Gross version of Moronica was called "The Nation's Nitwit". So a different version of that description was being reused as well as the character's name.
