I happened to come across this while I was on a Frank Frazetta search. Frank Frazetta did the illustrations for the text story in this comic book.

Moronica is mentioned on the cover, she has a story in this comic book, which was published prior to her stories in DIZZY DAMES.

And the main girl characters in this comic book are about the same characters as the "Broadway Babes" in DIZZY DAMES.
