Another tale brought to you by ADVENTURES INTO THE UNKNOWN, issue #107 to be exact.
A BRIDEGROOM FOR JENNY involves a spaceman and a witch, who also happen to be a handsome young man and a homely old maid. There is also a reference to Captain Marvel in this story ( "Captain Marvin" ). This story was originally published in 1959, after the Captain Marvel comic had been canceled, but that comic book was still recent enough at the time that most readers would have gotten the reference.
The spaceman in this story bears a resemblance to the later Marvel comics "Captain Marvel", another spaceman, and to the less well known MF enterprises version, who was an alien robot. Those came out only a few years later, in the 1960's.
